How to place an order?

To place an order at Balmain Hair an account is not required. Placing an order is described step by step below.

  1. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ after you have entered the desired number of the desired article.
  2. Check the details of your order in your cart
  3. Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ in the cart menu when you have added all the products you want.
  4. Checkout as a guest or register.
  5. Enter the billing and shipping information.
  6. Choose the shipment method, Free shipping for all orders above € 250,- /MAD 2750,-
  7. Choose your method of payment.
  8. Review your order
  9. Click ‘Place Order’ to complete your order.
  10. Complete your payment in the opening screens.
  11. You receive the invoice by e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you indicated.

How can I track my order?

Packages are shipped with DHL, on the day of shipping you will receive an email with track and trace data. Orders placed after 2 pm C.E.T. begin processing the next business day. We strive to get your order at your home as fast as possible, Packages are shipped from our Distribution Center.

Outside Europe: 3 – 6 working days

Minimum order amount € 250,- / MAD 2750,-. Free shipping for all orders above € 250,- / MAD 2750,-. In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock we contact you within 24 hours (monday-friday). 

What are the payment methods?

Balmain Hair Maroc supports the most secure payment methods. We will offer more methods in the near future.

  • Creditcards: VISA and Mastercard

At this moment it is not possible to manually transfer through a personal bank account.

What about returning/defects?

In the unfortunately situation that you are not satisfied with your order you may return the purchased goods within 14 days after delivery. Please let us know the details of your return, please:

Steps to follow:

  1. Describe your return package or complaint with as much details as possible. Please include your order number or invoice number.
  2. You will receive a message with information on where to send the product(s).
  3. We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging.
  4. After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned products and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if you want no substitute.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order. Products can be returned within 14 days, starting at the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final. For the acceptance of your return, please refer to our terms of delivery.
